Warranty Period:

The product comes with a 12-month warranty against any manufacturing defects and any other issues with the materials that have been used.

Warranty Terms :

The warranty covers manufacturing/ workmanship and material defects that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.

This limited warranty does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear
Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents
Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg upholstered furniture will lighten over time if it’s exposed to direct sunlight)
The warranty does not cover damages due to its usage beyond its intended use and wears & tear in the natural course of product usage.
In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product and is thus not warranted for this purpose. (for solid wood furniture)

Assembly:

All the tools, accessories, and instruction required to assemble the products comes within the packet only. Our service partner will visit your location within 72 business hours from the delivery of the product.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Always use coasters or mats while keeping hot materials on the surface.
Avoid harsh, abrasive cleaners, and do not use scrapers or razor blades to clean glass.
Products can be dismantled and re-assembled multiple times in case of shifting/moving around furniture.
Color/polish can fade due to prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Avoid using abrasive materials like scrub pads for cleaning the surface as they may scratch the surface.
